Welcome at the Institute of Food, Nutrition and Health

The Institute of Food, Nutrition and Health (IFNH) is composed by about 200 members including PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and scientific and technical/ administrative staff. It is led by twelve professors (seven full, two associate, one assistant and two titular professors) in ten laboratories covering key aspects of the entire food value chain, and involved in the teaching of two curricula: Food Science and Nutrition and Health Sciences and Technology.
