A three pinhole collimation small- and wide-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS and WAXS) 4-meter beam line from Rigaku Innovative Technologies is equipped with a microfocus X-ray source, two fully evacuated chambers which provide either high intensity or high resolution. The scattered signal is acquired by a fully integrated 2-dimensional detector with a photodiode beam-stopper for absolute intensity measurements (small and medium angles) or by a 2-dimensional image plate (wide angle). Different sample stages and holders provide maximum flexibility on working with solid or liquid samples. Various setups also offer option for measuring at different temperatures, under mechanical deformation (Stress-Strain), ord grazing-incidence scattering (GiSAXS). The Atomic force microscopy (AFM) is one of the foremost tools for imaging, measuring, and manipulating matter at the nanoscale either in ambient conditions or liquid environment. The AFM can be operated in a number of modes: contact, tapping and non-contact, depending on the application. Multimode V Scanning Probe Microscope from Veeco Company is used in our laboratory.
The Malvern Zetasizer Nano ZS is a self-contained dynamic light scattering device used in the detection of size, molecular weight, and electrophoretic mobility (i.e. zeta-potential; via motion within an alternating electric field) of dispersed particles and proteins. Analysis may be achieved using disposable plastic cuvettes and electrode cells, requiring 1-2 mL of sample volume.

Diffusing wave spectroscopy (DWS) is the development of dynamic light scattering able to give information about the local dynamics of particle dispersion in a highly turbid medium. Two modes are using in DWS: (a) transmission and (b) backscattering, which are applied for particle size and microrheological analysis. The 3D DLS Spectrometer from LS Instruments allows all standard applications of Static and Dynamic Light Scattering measurements (q range 0.0025 nm-1 to 0.025 nm-1). Additionally the instrument is equipped with cross-correlation technology, which efficiently suppresses multiple scattered light provides the advantage over extending DLS and SLS experiments to turbid samples with high concentrations. In Further we designed the equipment with Glan Thomson Prism in front of the detector, it benefit us to measure the rotational dynamics deliberate from the depolarized dynamic light scattering technique. Two differential scanning calorimeters (DSC 2910 and DSC 2920) from TA instruments equipped with room temperature or liquid nitrogen cooling system under inert atmosphere.

Fourier Transform Infra Red Spectrometer (FTIR)
ftir
In our laboratory, we have stress control rheometer (AR 2000) that can be used for fluid to gel sample with a range of 0.001 to 600 rad/s. Rheometric analysis could give us information regarding the microstructural changes during flow of a material. We have scope to use cone-plate, parallel-plate, and cup-bob geometrytext. Light microscope Axioskop 2 mot (upright) with Hamamatsu 5810 3ccd videocamera. Equipped with phase contrast, polarized filters and DIC.
Extended Dapi-Filter for  epi-illumination. Temperature controlling with a computer-controlled Linkam LTS 350 hot- and cooling stage (-192 to 350 °C).
The Varian Fourier Transform Infra Red spectrometer (FTIR) can be used in the wavelength range of 600 to 4000nm. It is equipped with a Golden Gate diamond ATR with temperature control (electrical heater up to 200°C and water bath cooler) and a transmission module with a temperature-controlled liquid cell (water heating/cooling jacket from 10 to 90 °C). Teflon spacers available are between 6 and 500 μm. FTIR is useful for many applications, from detection of specific chemicals in a formula to determination of proteins secondary structure.
Jasco J-815 Circular Dichroism
cdB12

The JASCO J-815 Circular Dichroism is a versatile investigation tool for a wide range of applications such as: protein folding studies, protein conformational studies, DNA/RNA interactions, enzyme kinetics, purity testing of optically active substances, biochemistry and macromolecules or rapid scanning (time resolved) experiments. Combined with the accessories available in our lab the CD Spectrometer is capable of performing a broad range of experiments from CD and UV-Vis absorbance (at a controlled temperature or at different temperatures with a preset equilibration time for each temperature increment) to High throughput CD, being at the same time capable of acquiring four different signals simultaneously.
